CAN WATER BE A BETTER ANSWER THAN THE FAST ON ITS WAY 'SLIMMING PILL'?

I love drinking water, to be honest I hated the stuff most of my life so thats quite a revelation but as life goes on you change, but what exactly has changed? Maybe I  can see the benefits where I couldn’t, or wouldn’t before? Maybe its because I took up cycling which demands you drink a lot, maybe its my age, at 56 I guess you look more at yourself a bit more deeply. ECO v FUNCTION - SOCIAL RE-USEABLE COFFEE BEAKERS, WE LOVE THEM BUT WHY?

PLASTIC FREE FRUIT AND VEG PLEASE

In Westminster Hall on Monday (12th November) at 4.30pm there was a debate relating to plastic free packaging for fruit and vegetables in supermarkets, certainly a move in the right direction and we applaud this.   When I was young my family had a greengrocers shop, we are talking about the 1970’s, I helped my father in his shop selling fruit and vegetables, often cutting cabbages in half for older people living on their own, we still have the old knife I used all those years
